Order & Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING

We will try to ship your order within three business days. Once your item is dispatched, we will send you a notification email with your tracking number. To find out where your parcel is, go to the website www.auspost.com.au/track and enter your tracking code.

DELIVERY

Orders can be delivered to residential and business addresses, parcel lockers, PO boxes, and parcel collection locations. A workplace/company name is required if you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace. We cannot change the delivery address after dispatch. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct address. However, you might be able to use MyPost to change your address or leave it in a safe place. This is a free service provided by Australia Post. It is the customer’s responsibility.
If no one is at home and Australia Post cannot find a safe place to leave your item, they will leave written instructions on how you can collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office. If you do not pick up your parcel in the required time, as stated on the card from Australia Post (usually ten business days), your parcel will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you and arrange redelivery. Please note that this may incur an extra shipping cost.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING (DOMESTIC SHIPPING)

We deliver with Australia Post. Standard delivery usually takes 2 – 6 working days to Metro areas after we dispatch the order. Delivery may take a little longer to Regional areas.
Due to the increased impact of COVID-19, Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays. Please understand that delays may occur. Any orders will incur a flat fee of $40 (Standard delivery).
If you need the item ASAP, please get in touch with us before placing an online order. We will consider what we can do for you. Please acknowledge that we may charge you an extra shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can deliver to addresses in the United States. The delivery fee is flexible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If your location is another country, Please email us at pvcs@jatsau.com before you check out.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at pvcs@jatsau.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
